I retain all copyrights to the content on this site. Downloading the content does not transfer title to the content or any intellectual property rights to you. You may not redistribute or sell the content in whole or in part as stand alone items. Modifying any of the templates is prohibited if your intent is to claim or sell them as your own work. No resale or giveaway rights of any kind are being transferred with your license to use the templates for your own use.

My templates, style sheets, graphics and code may not be redistributed, disassembled, reverse engineered, added to any type of collection or media online or offline, offered for download from any web site for free or fee.

My templates may not be used in any online display of sample web sites. You may NOT extract images or code from the templates or style sheets to sell or distribute in any manner. This includes giving any of the images, code, or templates away for free.

You must link back to The Daily Template. You can either use the graphic that comes with the template or you can use a text link. It must be on every page where the template(s) are displayed and NOT relegated to a links or credits page. All copyright information must remain on the template and graphics.

You must upload any images and files from the template to your own website. Do not link directly to my images. Using someone's bandwidth is the same thing as theft, which is illegal and morally wrong. There are many places where you can host your website and images for free.

Using any kind of a "website downloader" on this site is forbidden. People caught doing so will be banned from this site and their license to use any material from this site will be revoked.

Your use of this website and the content herein means that you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms you should leave this website immediately, do not use the files herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

After you complete your order, you will receive an email with links to download your template(s) within 24 hours from time of purchase. The Daily Template Members can download their templates immediately by clicking on the zip link at the bottom of each template preview page.

Due to the digital nature of these items individual template refunds and/or subscriptions refunds will not be made at any time for any reason. If you didn't receive your purchase(s) of individual items for any reason please contact me and I will see that you get your purchased item(s).
